I have learned more on this web site than all the others coombined but I don't always get replies to all of my posts. Maybe it is because I am new. With the plates I have comming I wanted to use one large cell at least at first. I found another place (Lowes actually) that ordered me sheets of plexy glass thick enough to cut and make spacers and still be strong enough to hold up to the pressure. Once I get the flame the next step is to deal with the heat transfer. Efficiency will be one of the last things I deal with, right now I just want to get it to work. You mentioned a link about someone else diluting the hydrogen mix with regular air but I could not find it. I would be most interested in reading what others have tried if you could get me a link or something that would be great. Once I get all my parts in and layed out I will try to post the whole project under the projects link in an attempt to get more advice on my new hobby.
