WOW!!!!!!!!!! Guys go to radio shack. How easy is that. I have emergency lights that I can turn on in my living room. It has a fire fighter theme. Got the converter at radio shack. Got the lights from GALLS. com.
They make them in all different sizes and amperages.
If I remember right, mine is a 12 volt 100 amp and cost me 75 dollars. It was three years ago. It was something like that.
Take a look good luck. Lord know that I couldn't build one.

if you dont want to blow a fuse have less surface area for the electrode in the water more resistance to low of a reststance can blow a fuse when suking maximum output out of the wall so suk maximam out but have smaller plates in the water but you dont want ac in the wall you gota drive a car have 10 car battery conected to 10 alternators have the car charge them while on the move stik voltermeters on them to monotor the batterys charge capacitor to regualate a smooth current step up to 240 with 10 batterys to 1 cell use one
