Water dissociation frequencies

Having a look around on keelynet found a couple of pages with some good info

Is it possible to create the frequency on the PC, recorded as audio, burn to a disk or take from sound card, play it on a CD (or?) player through an amplifier and use the volume to adjust voltage? I am not sure if this has been tried or discussed before.
Use multi-track recording software (such as Cakewalk) and a frequency generator and create as many different frequencies as you want. Have them at the same time or on different tracks? Or is this idea just not possible?

right? Of course one might want to disconnect the speakers or folks might
think you're an alien when you drive by.

The problem with the puharich method (Bob Boyce, correct me here), is
the water can vary from one refill to another, and even the amount in the
cell will change resonance for which the signal needs to track and change
accordingly. That makes for some complicated electronics and trouble-
shooting. What's needed is a brute force frequency or more that works
all the time, and ideally a method that runs on tap water. Just my opinion.

I think you are right on with a brute force frequency of some sort. What about several frequencies at the same time? I think we would have to modify the stereo amp some, from what I understand, they run a speaker in kind of AC way. I do not think it would be that hard (or expensive ) to make it work. If we found out how to do it, i think saving everything on a flash drive or something similar would be the way to go.

A 555 astable generator which either supplies a piezo or generating AC to 2 plates submerged may do it.

Could be even used to excite the water molecules in the hydroxyl cells with a seperate device placed in the cell being a coil or transducer of some description.

Can you resonate the current to the electrodes at 2.4 mhz through a series of 4 pulse generators each set at 600 khz to shake the bubbles (insulators) of of the electrodes like AlaskaStar suggested months ago?

You could add the Frequency to the DC . This would tend to excite the water and not necessarily shake the air bubble loose. Take note too it's 600Hz and not 600kHz although both 600Hz and 600KHz are both Harmonics of 2.4MHz

I am suggesting that with the PC and some software through a modified car stereo amp it might be possible to send more then one frequency at the same time. Think "harmonics". If water starts to vibrate at 2.5 MHz (I am making this # up), you could send a frequency at 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 MHz, My understanding, would be similar to musical harmonics. Example: an high "A" musical note vibrates at twice the frequency as the lower "A" does. Would not the same thing apply here? If we had an easy, fast (and cheap) way to manipulate the frequency, we could also find out where H2 vibrates, O vibrates, the 316 stainless steel vibrates and probably have a lot of fun with a whole lot of H2! I just am not sure if this is possible in the manner which I am suggesting. From what I have read, It seams with an electrolysis type generator, the frequency is the key.

deals with the 'cold' fusion of heavy water molecules to helium using
ultrasound; ...would seem to support the resonant frequency used by Keeley
and Stanley Meyer's resonant plug idea. Ultrasonic cavitation produces lots
of heat in water, in excess of energy put in. Driven further, why shouldn't
the water become super-hot steam and/or gases all at once? Note this is
NOT electrolysis.

Keeley reportedly suffered injuries from explosions, trying to dissassociate
mere droplets. There's something here, oh yes. Ultrasonic vaporlyzer anyone?
