100% water fueled engine

Does anyone here have a engine that is fully powered by water???

Im working on a fuel cell now that I think may run my 3.5hp at least. Im told that you dont need as much hydrogen if you run about 50/50 of hydrogen and water vapor. So when I get it going Ill let every one know how it goes.
