Another aspect that is often overlooked with stainless steel plates: The plates must be properly conditioned for maximum production of HydrOxy.

The pre-conditioning process only takes about 24 hours. The remainder of the conditioning will occur in normal use of the cell and may take several weeks to demonstrate peak efficiency.

Once the Catalytic Layers are formed on the plates there is a considerable increase in the amount of HydrOxy produced.

Three amperes for a low voltage cell is simply not enough; they're designed to operate at much higher current.

Waterboy: It didn't take me 8 hours from the time you told me how to build the 10 plate (even though I already had a 2x2" version assembled) until I had posted one with test results and photos.
So you are suggesting that I need to add gobs of acid to my cell to see some mysterious quality to manifest itself? Is the advantage to adding all that acid so great? Why can't you show this, although you have been talking about it for some time?
The Mr. G cell gets the same conditioning all my other cells get- a good sanding and cleaning. The Mr. G cell does manifest some mysterious quality, but without mysterious quantities of acid, a mysterious "personality", and mysterious "properly conditioning".
Of course, any cell will operate better and produce more at higher amps. But for testing and comparison, using a given amperage cannot be logically discounted. If the 10 plate operates better at 20 amps- duhh. What will the Mr. G cell do at 20 amps- of course, exponentially more.
