Check out magneto hydro dynamics (MHD). Also there are many patents of electrolysis with magnets as part of the apparatus.
When the price of gasoline went over $2.00 per gallon I started looking at alternatives again.

nickle989, I suggest you read prior posts about the reason electrodes need to be even in effective surface area. Just because hydrogen vs oxygen gases vary in quantity does not mean that both electrodes do not play a vital role in the release of each. I do not feel like repeating myself yet again. The effects of magnetic fields has also been discussed, I suggest you read some more.
