Aloha Palic,

Regarding backfire. With a vapor carb backfiring is a problem because as throttle is added the mixture can likely become too lean causing a backfire into the carb verses too rich which will cause a backfire into the exhaust. A backfire into the intake on a vapor carb set up can be an explosive event.

When I said try something else I was referring to possible duplicating of some of the projects shown on this site.

You asked if there was a better way. For me the simplest method showing the greatest results is the nitrogen based hydrogen booster posted on my project page and under the heading- mrgalleria- can you test the nickel again. This is such a new product, that it has not fully been investigated yet. It may prove to provide even better results than those to date, which show up to 50% improvement in run time on the same quantity of fuel while producing hydrogen gas from a catalyst and engine heat.

My First Bubler

That nitrogen based hydrogen booster is realy a great project and I think this will be my next step.

Today I took my 1200 ccm Corsa to a high road.
Tested the car with less than 0.5l gas and with the bubler.
This is my first time trying something like this.
Just wanted to see if I can install a simple bubler to draw some
water vapour into intake.
Some sugested that the vacum from the carb is enough to start some
bubles, but in my case, it was not. Perhaps the hoses are to small in diameter (aprox. 2cm). Anyway , then I took the hose wich guide the gases that build up inside the engine (normaly is hooked up to the carb) apart and hook up the bubler, and from bubler back to the carb . Now the bubles were forming very strongly.
Drove the car to the highway swiched to butan (LPG) and got the car running 70km/h.Then switched back to petroleum which was drawn from a 500ml plastic vesel and about 400ml full with petroleum gas ,and drove:

1. Without bubler : 2000 m
2 With bubbler : 2100 m
3 again with bubler 2100m
4 200 ml petroleum in 200 ml water: 2200m (this was stupit and probably very dangerous) :oops:

In all a 5% increase in kilometers

I tried bubler allso with butan (LPG), and the car was running smoothly,but
I can't see the amount of butan consumed, and so I don't know is the bubler+butan gas a good combination?
Anyway the bubler is still hooked up in the car, and I will try to drive this week with this modification.
Some sugestions?

BTW: Police stopped the firtst time I started hooking up the bubler

This is my first post:

I have read through all of these archives and now need to know the following:

Has someone on this forum actually reproduced Alaska's design?

All of the talk was with regards to the chemicals, thedesign etc but I don't see any more discussion on the wavelength frequencies and how to incorporate. Meyers was able to produce hydrogen usoing very little energy with the standard electrolysis but used an alternating dc current to do so with fluctuating wavelengths.

I guess I really need an update as to where we all are in this process. how soon until all of the information can be offered to all of us?

Actually, Alaskastar has suggested numerous designs and concepts. We have the opportunity to individually pursue any of these, and more info is available on the internet when you decide which direction to go.

I don't think Alaskastar has reveiled the exact recipe for his chemical reaction hydrogen production, but there are many hints as to how it was accomplished. I believe his method is not practical for most people, and that is probably why it's not posted. But his true intent was more to spark interest in the subject of alternatives, and to salivate our thinking processes- a task evidently he was very successful at doing.

I think I have to agree at the success of that! I haven't been online in a while. being self-employed, I get so swamped with work. but now 700 Posts long, and over 128,000 views or "visits" or internet "hits." I think that would and could be considered a success for trying to teach what I have learned.

To Everyone else:

But remember, this is not about me, it is about you, and what YOU are going to do with the technology YOU develop, to try and "free yourself from the oil cartels" or free up some spending cash if you do not believe in the oil cartel bit. Or, maybe you want to live cleaner, and not trash what is left of this sorry planet.

Point is: this is here for YOU. and I sincerely hope that you learn from what you read, and apply it to something you desire to do. I hope that you try some things, and even if they do not work, that you learn something, either about making something with materials you have never handled, or that you found out why it did not work, and with a little more research, you can find a way to accomplish your goals.

I am certain that I am not the only one who thinks that you cannot have too much education. For Information is Power, and Power is Money and Information is Knowedge. So use it wisely, and make it grow.

I just got new numbers on the 454 running the aquatune Aquathrust with just water (skipping the methanol port).

I've readjusted the aquatune today, and added a "Fuel Saver" - UK - to the fuel line.

I originally was at 5.25 mpg
Today I tagged 13.125 mpg
That's up 250% - bouyahhh

Now for some carb tricks...
