For those kind of frequencies I would stick with mosfets as igbts are more lossy at the mhz range. I would try these
they seem to be fast and are at the range your looking for.
I need a fast switching relay.

Awesome. I am new to electronics. As another piece of my jigsaw puzzle, I also need a 1-100 MHZ relay device that accepts 45000 vdc at low amperage. I've been looking at those sites suggest, and am not coming up with anything.

relays that may meet your needs-- high frequency, 900Mhz, 1Ghz, 2.5 or
2.6Ghz, anywhere from 3 to 24V, most in the $5 USD category.
