Stanley Meyer had to tune to the water he used every time he refilled his unit, and he had to clean it out when it gunked up. His technique used HV to introduce the waveform to the water capacitor. That process may be more tolerable to impurities, I don't know. I tried water from many sources, and found a lot of performance variations, with gunking up the unit a common problem. I did not have access to reverse osmosis equiptment before however, so I don't know how well that works. I will try it once I get back to experimenting with a booster. It has to be better than straight tap water though.
I don't know what the issue is that so many have with using distilled water. Have people already forgotten how utterly simple it is to make a water distiller? One that can operate for free from solar energy, or waste engine exhaust heat. Wrap a copper tube around the exhaust manifold or pipe near the engine to use as a boiler, feed water into it with a windshield washer pump, capture/condense the steam in another coil of tubing, and gather the free distilled water in a container. Make distilled water as you drive around on errands or to/from work or shopping. When the boiler tube gunks up, clean it out or replace it.
My experience is from the research I did using my type of equiptment and the resonant reaction that I had discovered. I spent a lot of time and money during that time in an attempt to find what worked well and what did not. All I can do is offer advice based on the results of my research. It's up to all of you to take it and run with it, or not. I am not going to force my results onto anyone.

I ran mini race boats with hydrogen on demand in the late 80s to early 90s, and progressed to test running a 6 cylinder car with hydrogen on demand. So it is no rumor. My research came to a rapid conclusion, with outside help not of my choosing. The world is not a friendly place for those who dare to go up against big oil and the corrupt politicians that support them. I would say to just ask Stanley Meyer, but you can't, he was killed for trying to prove to the world that there was an alternative. And he was not alone, many others have fallen victim to big oil.
I no longer do research on hydrogen on demand systems, or try to prove anything to the world. I'm happy with just helping get the word out on hydroxy boosters to improve existing mileage, and hydroxy welding gas generators. What you all do with the knowledge or technology is up to you
