If you read the earliest posts by AlaskaStar, you'll see he left
lots of clues but no real instructions. That sort of puts us in
the position of Theseus in the labyrinth, with a thread to follow.

Apart from the issues of producing enough gas, we need to
regulate/control the gas flow/production, don't want our
vehicles becoming bombs while we sleep. Every method
seems to have advantages and drawbacks, with fine details
yet to be worked out. And more than a few of us have
resource issues. Deciding on a method and persuing it is
about logistics, make & model of vehicle, discretionary
funds, and what we have on hand. Feel free to dig in, get
your hands dirty and post pictures of your creations. We
all have something to teach, and learn.

Thrival, What did you keep from the explanations of Alaska, I mean, what do you think he was refering too .. maybe you already answered this, but this thread is so long I just don't want to read it all . .

... and I know he was saying you were close to his process or something, just isn't clear what was close to it ..

See the H2 electrochemical cell in my projects folder.
Calcium & iron exposed to sulfuric acid releases lots
of hydrogen, AND behaves like a battery, (producing
electricity) which you can store or use. When the
reaction is done, just recharge from your alternator
and do it again. If you have two such units, one can
be making hydrogen and electricity while the other
recharges, then switch over, for continuous power.
The materials are never used up, at least over the
short term.

No I haven't tried it and no it's not a theory.
I have videos of Linnard Griffin making lots
of hydrogen by adding iron powder to acid-
water. Calcium does the same thing. It's
called chelation or redox reactions, in
all the textbooks. There is an electrochemical
difference between the two metals of about 5V.
An acid cell makes current for as long as that
potential exists, (your car battery is an example)
after which the cell needs to be recharged. Once
recharged (acid separated) from the metals back
into solution, the process can begin again. Just
open the switch from the charger and reinsert
your load.

If you don't believe it then I invite you to build it,
or question everything written about electro-
chemistry. See: Basic Chemistry by
Linus Pauling. I haven't built it because I don't
plan to run my car that way. I don't do stuff
just to prove to other people.

What purity is needed for calcium and iron and Acid ..

Could it work with simple things like bones, and not so strong acids.. ?! ..

Let's say, a cheap and dirty cell .. But you didn't build it, so maybe you don't know . .

Anyways .. someone must try it . if it's common material, I'll do . .
