maybe you dont have any software to play back videoDVD's
if you can open the disk in explorer (right hand click on your dvd drive letter and select open), navigate to the \video_ts folder (there's only one folder)
there you will see 4 BIG vob files. the biggest one is the 60minutes clip, one will be the steaming car, one will be the pentagon clip, and one will be the menu structure
VOB's are just mpeg2 streams, so if you have a media player (with a mpeg2 codec) to play mpeg2's then open the VOB's from there, or copy them to a hard drive and rename the extension *.vob to *.mpg, or right hand click on the VOB's and select a program to open them with
your computer may be lacking an mpeg2 playback codec
you may need to download something like K-Lite codec pack (only install the mpeg2 stuff, not the rest) to get mediaplayer to play those mpeg2 streams, or use a program like powerDVD
the original files are PAL 720x576@25fps, 7.8Mb/s (highest quality videoDVD-compatable rate), and uncompressed PCM audio
it might playback in black and white on your tv with a bit cropped off top and bottom. i think most tv's and dvdplayers in the states tend to be ntsc only, in pal countires both tend to be multistandard; the pal version will be better quality, and may look more correct on a computer (ntsc version may make people look short and fat by about 12% ), on pal they may look 8% tall and skinnier
analog NTSC conversion is 720x480@30fps (a little shakey)
pentagon stuff is just a screen record from a flash animation at

i found it quite disturbing
the flash animation will be heaps smaller if you could manage to download it
