Ended up make'n a change to the size of the Quad rings to 5/16 .i d. as the 3/8 id were actually too wide causing a need for accesive preasure.The new ones do work well at letting the water in.

Patience is going a long way with me........lol as aggravting as it gets sometimes its worth the effort.Though its not my idea or design,it feels good to get something accomplished when working hard on a project none the less.Im 'bout ready to add some power to my project now.Aiming for some production results over the weekend if I have time.
Rite now i wanna voltage step upper to get things going faster.Actually i wanna know what source I can use to give it all its capable of handling.I still dont have exact measurements of surface area.....guess i need to do that

Hi Kevin,
You must to see how is working your unit.For now ,fill in your booster with electrolyte and connect to the batery of idling car.If youn have good result then you can solve water filling problem

Im kinda familar with what kinda results i will get just hooking that booster up to an idle car when its cold.Im more interested (4 now) in what kind of power supply i can use in conjuction with a stand alone 12 to 14 volt battery or any way i can use a 12 volt system to dump alot of voltage into it.(if only for 10 seconds)Im not sure how about doing that but i do know that a distributer coil puts out alot of voltage.
If my unit is insulated very well,is there a way to dump those massive voltages into it, if only for just a few seconds?I need a way to warm it up before i can hook it up to an idle car to get maximum results.
Thinking of a heating coil or something like that.If what power i need from my trucks battery or alternator is refurbished in the process -so be it- I just want a way to get it warm fast.

The aswer im looking for is probably alot simpler than any way i mentioned above.Im not an electronics tech or electrician so i dont even know what options are even available to try, so actaully I am asking for help if someone has info.......Im up for trying anything....lol

If you need lot of voltage you can found some distributor from V8 engine i rotate shaft with small electric motor with variable speed.
