Kevin you are not looking very hard. You are also not reading carefully. Read page 31. --Pictures, well they're all over the place.

Look in the old electrolysis photos all of the 40's
If you want to work with this stuff you need to put the time into at least reading and researching. If you don't you're just going to blow yourself up because you THINK you understand what you are messing with.
Then look at the new project. It too shows how the plates are configured electronically.
There is no electrical path (ZERO Conductivity) between the even plates and the odd plates.
