Do the end plates in a series cell have to out of the electrolyte?

. Otherwise, you could build multiple 7 cell units, one in each compartment, ect. Sealing cells is a design issue.

Sealing cells refers to keeping the current flow through the series plates. If you do not seal the cells then the current "shorts out" fron end to end and kills efficiency and gas production.

A preacher once told me the #7 meant "complete" in case anyone didnt know.He said he done a study on the #7 and thats what it meant.I got confused trying to figure out putting multiple 7 cell units ,one in each compartment.i've never done so much reading in my life.
