I'm new in here & I've only read a few posts so far. Amazing site !
I noticed pulsing the power & I thought extra vibration might help ?
The picture of the spiral springs on the left is just an example.
I would make the coils using 5mm 316 austenitic s/s wire & make the
coils spiral up with only an 8mm gap between the wire.
This will cause magnetism due to cold working the s/s.
I'll deal with that after 2 more step in the coil making.
I'll cut the lengths of wire & get them industrial beed blasted.
A friend has a demagnetising bed that I'll roll them on to draw it out.
These coils will have 3 studs welded at 120deg apart as low as I can.
Holes to match these studs will be drilled on the outer shell.
All the coils will be stacked & locked, but can vibrate individualy.
The centre filler tube will be smaller in dia & will allow the vibrating.
Rather than type anymore now, I'll hopefully get your opinions on
this gen. Just remember I'm new in here. So be genttle on me pls.
