The idea is to have a hole lining up with each cell. The spray bar is above all the cells and does not cause leakage.
A sensor detects low level on one of the cells and the pump then sprays Distilled
water evenly across all cells. The high level sensor turns it off.
If one cell is higher than all the rest, then yes that cell will overflow
and there may be leakage for short period on three cells - but that
is very little compared to shorting out all cells with electrolyte pouring over
the tops and another problem would be the diluting of electrolyte on one end only.

Good luck with the silastic. I thought I had a silastic that did not leak.
After three months- it turned to jelly and let the Electrolyte pass.

I think Bob recommends about 27 %....
and yes that is 270 g mixed with 730 g of Distilled water.
The concentration rises as the electrolyte level lowers. So 27 % gives a little
lea way.
sorry to hear about the machined Plexi not working , that is my next project.
