Silver for electrodes???

I was wondering if any of you out there have looked into silver as electrodes? I know it could be an expensive investment (not as much as gold and platinum) but maybe there is potential in this precious metal. Anybody with sound knowledge on the subject care to speak? Procuring 99.5 % pure silver coins is not hard to come by, if you got the money. Well?

Not having sound knowledge on silver as electrolysis electrodes but it is apparent that it is used to dissociate 2h2o2 into steam and oxygen.....Ive been thinking of use'n it in conjuction with a filter on a vapor system use'n a flooded cells water as input just havent made it that far yet.

anybody look in to silver oxide batteries? They are or can be either primary (meaning disposable) or secondary (meaning rechargable) with a potential voltage of 1. something volts. Anyone see potential there?

how about a number of these "cells" which are constantly being charged by a permanent magnet motor running off the accessory belt of a car, or a wind generator for home use? Let's hear some feedback on this.

well I was thinking of "putting one together"....silver coins somehow oxidized and zinc. That's how you could get a big one.
