Good calculation Glenn.
As a booster 1 to 2 litres a minute should be ok fro a small vehicle. Too much gas and you have to change timing and engine management. Diesels seem to benefit most from boosting.

Well, it is a series cell... 8 plates, 1st and last hooked up. And eventually it will be going on my 96 dodge ram cummins =). Also, a friend of mine is working on a side project trying to make a car run on this (lots of plates that is) Charge the car overnight (build up a bunch of h2) then drive it for a bit. The motor will be custom built for H2

Thats good that it is a series cell.
Now I need to clarify some things.
Are the plates submerged so that electrolyte can flow
all around them?
Most series cells are sealed along there edges so that
the current Must go through the plates. There is no way
for the current to go around the edges, when done this way,
the Voltage is split equally across each cell.
Usually the efficiency is better than say 3.5 Wh/L .
This depends upon plate size verses current, any small leakage
current, plate quality, electrolyte type and concentration, temp ,
and impurities in the cell.
You are making Good amount of HydrOxy, but I feel you could
be doing better....the question is - is it worth the extra effort/expense?

Your unit is good. It is a lot better than a lot of commercially sold
units.
Your Video really gave me a Kick. Thanks for sharing it. All though
I hope you dont do it again.
I especially liked the Flame around you guys and the Note about
not even feeling the warmth...thats the part I want to show people.
To change their perception of Hydrogen.
