After checking the space and number of plates required for each container, I moved on to make another 7 cells. The plate sizes changed to 2.0" x 6.0". The plates are thin enough to cut using plate cutter. Total of 8 plates for each container.

The setup has small gas leakage. I leave as it is for the moment and will rectify it later.

I did 5 test yesterday.

Test 1
No of cells : 6 cells connected in series
Voltage : 12.89
Amps : 5
Time : Took 1 min & 40 seconds to fill up 500mL bottle.
Wh/L : 3.58
Efficiency : 65.68%

Test 2
No of cells : 6 cells connected in series
Voltage : 12.91
Amps : 5
Time : Took 1 min & 43 seconds to fill up 500mL bottle.
Wh/L : 3.69
Efficiency : 63.67%

Test 3
No of cells : 5 cells connected in series
Voltage : 12.20
Amps : 10
Time : Took 55 seconds to fill up 500mL bottle.
Wh/L : 3.73
Efficiency : 63.08%

Test 4
No of cells : 5 cells connected in series
Voltage : 12.12
Amps : 9.5
Time : Took 58 seconds to fill up 500mL bottle.
Wh/L : 3.71
Efficiency : 63.38%

Test 5
No of cells : 5 cells connected in series
Voltage : 12.19
Amps : 10
Time : Took 54 seconds to fill up 500mL bottle.
Wh/L : 3.657
Efficiency : 64.30%

Each cell outputs 100mL on average. Thats all for today.

Great Effort Kumaran. I too was expecting big things from a 7 container
unit like yours. Whilst good, I found that mine did not match the Combined
Field - Efficiency of a single series cell unit.
My biggest problem was with leaks. Second - filling all the individual
containers in awkward place in my car, drove me " Batty ".

Yours is probably better sealing design than mine. I had Pop Off lids on every container & this was big problem bouncing around in my vehicle.

Those brass fittings [ though good sealing] look awefully close to the
electrolyte. Keep a watch on them for corrosion.
