Project Description:
Note:  This is a design based mostly on Chris' newest.  I have changed a few dimensions based on materials that I had available, but for the most part it is the same.  (I had 10' of 4" PVC, so I used it hoping I could get about 7 units out of it.  This is also what determined my length  :-) )

Finally, I got my nice sheet of metal cut!  It was an end cut that I got for about 1/4 of the price it would normally cost.  Great deal, and I got a guy in town to cut it for nothing.

I decided to start cooking out my electrolysers, or at least attempt it.  Here's one single electrolyser running at 12V direct from a charger, and pulling about 4 amps

Here's the setup of it.  It's simply hooked in directly.  Yeah, that is an analog multimeter there.  That is the first one I ever had.  LoL.  It's there because at first I wasn't sure how many amps I was going to be pulling since I was playing with electrolyte, and I didn't want to blow my good one.
