Well I wish you luck, But those Resonant Frequencies are Based on the tubes being in AIR, (and usually at 25 degrees celsus.)
When you put the Tubes in Water, the water considerably changes the resonant frequency of the tubes.

Resonant Frequencies of tubes submerged in distilled H2O

My math is correct. Those are the correct resonant frequencies for submerged tubes in distilled water at 25 degrees celsus.
