noob with some electrical questions about the D14.pdf

Hi. I stumbled across Stanley Meyers WFC on youtube about a month ago and instantly became fascinated. I did some research and eventually came across this website and the D14.pdf file. I have enough understanding about electronics to read circuit diagrams and connect the components together, but I don’t have a good understanding on electrical theory. I have a few simple questions that I’m sure someone can answer.

The voltage rating on the capacitors in the pdf says they should be 16V. Is anywhere from 50V to 60V ok?? I have some of these rating.

Would a 50K variable resistor be OK instead of the 47K variable resistor? I can get a 50K at a price that’s in my budget.

Does anyone have a picture of the two inductor coils? I’m a bit confused on this.
