Another Visit from the MIB

Hi Guys.

Spoke to Bill Williams this morning after he told Peter yesterday that he had another "visit".

He says that the day before yesterday, 2 clean cut white males wearing sport coats and slacks, came into his workshop on his property while he was machining a part in his lathe, which incidentally was not a part for the Joe Cell but was for his normal daily work. They asked for Bill Williams and told him that he was not supposed to be working on any more cells. However they knew who he was! So, Bill grabbed his shotgun and told them to "get the fuck out of his property."

He said these were different guys from the first two. Bill just wanted them out of there as he lives out of town and the immediate neighbors were at work so he would have been unable to call for assistance if he held them for any length of time and they became difficult. Consequently by the time he had shut down the lathe and gone outside they and any vehicle they were in, had gone.

He has reported the incident to the local police and they are looking into it. [...]

Bill is fine and sends his regards to all members.

Alright no more pussy footing around!...I will tell you why he has gotten another threat...it comes right after my post. Insulating the cathode is key!! The months of conditioning Ravi spoke of is for that purpose. After long enough a thick enough layer of high dielectric oxides build up....Now the + anode and - cathode cannot see each other electrically well as much as current is considered. In fact Voltage field is contained to plates and EMF is free to radiate. This is Tesla's work people. Negative resistors on an open circuit. Energy from the vacuum!!

I cannot say it better then Tesla himself...So I will stop there and give you this to reflect on....

The only thing is...this action is happening within the capacitor.."insulated metal plate" being coated cathode...radiant matter is coming from the positive tube...further more

In all intent and purposes the diode makes that statement true in WFC...as follows.....Diode isolates the Tubes/water as a cap during off pulse..Delrin makes it of high capacitance and being a insulated terminal plate...the diode durring on pulse lets in radiant energy from postive tube...and draws extra energy from the vacuum..as the diode makes this a multiple event

Tesla goes on to say...

"This phenomenon, I believe, is best explained as follows: The sun, as well as other sources of radiant energy, throws off minute particles of matter positively electrified, which, impinging upon the plate P, communicate continuously an electrical charge to the same, the opposite terminal of the condensor being connected to the ground(water in Meyers) which may be considered as a vast resevoir of negative electricity(electrons extracted from pos tube??? hmmmm), a feeble current flows continuously into the condensor, and in as much as these supposed particles arc of an inconcievably small radius or curvature, and consequently charged to a relatively very high potential, this charging of the condensor may continue, as I have actually observed, almost indefinately, even to the point of rupturing dielectric(WOW...Meyer's action spelt out!!!!!!)"
