This company claims to have made a 300HP engine using permenant magnets and a standard 12v car battery.

the thaory is that when the Spark happens in the tube, generated by the High Voltage Low Amperage, energy is dispersed in all directions charging particles smaller than Electrons (Aether) which is captured with the perfed plates surrounding the spark gap electrodes, this is the main source of the Energy in his discovery, the key (such as Stan Meyers) is in the Circuitry, not the motor itself.
