I think the decalrtion of energy independance is benign enough, the issue is really in the relevant country where people live as to how opressve the relevant powers that be are. I also have a sec clearance, but for the life of couldnt imagine what interest anyone would have in my little life.

And besides, a decalration of energy independance could hardly be considered dodgy or trouble making. Its when people see "...of indepenedance" they instantly think of seccesson etc and the usually lunatic fringe that goes with it. Yes, key words are monitored and making a noise will only result in your own head obtaining a set of cross hairs.....

That said, the internet is a big place.....

Are you talking about a type of "water assistment" - turning water into steam? the effect one can massure using waporised water? to assist the hydroxid

By the way, have you heard about "charged water"?
According to water4fuel.com, "charged water" in a waporising system, reducing the fuel (gasolin) consumption by 75% ... never tested it, but it sounds interesting enough to try it!
