Variable Frequency Kit available?

Hi All,
I am new to this forum and after 30 years and many non working model attempts with permanent magnets ( Free Energy) ideas I decided to look into this forum. This is definetely the way to go. I am a retired commercial Aircraft Technician who is looking to make a "GREEN" engine with no harmfull exhaust gasses.

My first question is there any electronic kits now on the market that will equal the Stanley Meyer variable oscillator circuit in performane? I am not interested in the circuit employing the alternator. Just the one that runs off 12 volts.

Locating several of the components in my location is a hassel and If I can find a complete kit to put together that performs the same way so much the better.

I have read and reread the "Replication of Stanley Meyers Demonstration Electrolyser many times". If there was any changes to better the performance or circuit changes I would like to know. Any and all help will greatly be appreciated.

Could I use a variable radio frequency generator as my power source ?

If so what frequency(s) would I find best suited to use.

seems like you culd possibly use it as a driver, probably not a power source but may actually drive a transformer or some other kinda device to power your cells with.
