He baisically takes radiant energy (light, ZPE, ect...) and converts it to electrmagnetic waves. these electromagnetic waves then get transmitted to a magnatron for "supercharging". the supercharged electromagnetic energy then gets sent to a set of plates for charging. the charged plates are said to be able to levitate. that is what makes it a purpolsiol unit. so, your using radiant energy to "implode" (think of it as opposite of explode) gravity.
