i have 75 acres of atempting self suficient farm in south west of australia
i have a solar/wind 12v setup for lights, a 24v solar setup inverted to 240 volts ac at 1650 w cont, 4000w peak
the wind charging system utilizes the fisher and parkyl washing machine motorthe conversion isnt too hard for the enthusiast and the unit can produce 400 to 600 wats easly
i currently have 2 f&p windchargers on my farm for over a year now working flawlesly eccept for the occasional twisted wire or overspun props
anyway good luck with your efforts i believe the F&P is a great way to build a good windcharger
i am also working on thermo motor for power production off the wood heater in winter and the GEET motor convertion and a hydrogen on demand system for my car
