80 AMP PWM DC MOTOR SPEED CONTROL MODULE
This powerful PWM Controller can be used as motor speed control, as well as
a HYDROGEN HHO GENERATOR Control.
Now with More Control Options.

PWM80 Controller

New, never used SUPER POWERFUL Pulse Width Modulation DC Motor speed controller. Smoothly regulates speed of DC Motors and other DC loads, from 0 to 100% of power. Aside from DC motors, it can be used to control brightness of DC light bulbs, temperature of heaters and heating elements, etc. Power output level is set with the enclosed potentiometer, knob is also included.

This "mother of all speed controllers" is Great for regulating Powerful Loads in ROBOTICS, GOLF and KID CARTS, ELECTRIC BIKES and SCOOTERS, TROLLING MOTORS, for EXPERIMENTERS, and testing and troubleshooting DC motors.

Simple to use; just connect power, load, and the potentiometer to the screw-in terminals. The potentiometer now comes with a cable attached, so no soldering is required.

In addition to the potentiometer, this controller accepts the following Inputs:

*
Standard Industrial 10 volt pots
*
Basic Stamp 1, BS2, PIC, ooPIC or other micro via the PWMOUT command (see schematic HERE)
*
Control from the parallel port of a PC (using the same interface as the above picture)
*
and Remote Control using a R/C receiver and R/C speed control (using slightly adapted interface as in the picture above)

Here's what one of our customers said about this controller:
"By the way, it works GREAT! I made a 900watt electric razor scooter that does 20mph. It feels like 90mph when your on those tiny wheels that close to the ground." ."
And another user said:
"Just a note to let you know the [80-amp] PWM controller has worked perfectly in my {2} wheelchair motor powered project. It has withstood tremendous abuse and keeps on running like a swiss watch."

Specs:
Supply Voltage: 12 to 36 Volts DC
Load Current: 80 AMPS Continuously, with Resistance and Inductive loads
120 AMPS for short periods of acceleration (up to 10 sec.)
Range of regulation: PWM 0 to 100% of power
Regulating frequency: 5 kHz
Overheating protection: When the module is overloaded, power is automatically
decreased, in order to protect mosfets from destruction

Please Note: There are 2 connections for power, and 2 connections for load, each of which has 2 screw-in terminals. That way 2 thinner wires, or a twinline can be used, instead of a single thick wire, for each lead. And these connections are clearly marked on the bottom of the board.

This is NOT A KIT, this module is fully assembled as shown in the picture.
Will control loads of up to 3 KILOWATTS. Comes with instructions.

If you have I am trying to get a copy of the schematics etc.....

Tunable 80 Amp PWM HYDROGEN CELL HHO GENERATOR Control

Tunable 80 Amp PWM HYDROGEN CELL HHO GENERATOR Control
Price: $199.95

Quantity:

New 80 Amp PWM Generator.
We have redesigned our PWM controller for use as a HHO generator working at greater efficiency.

This PWM controller can be used as HYDROGEN CELL (HHO) GENERATOR or DC Motor Control. Unlike other PWM controllers, this one comes with an additional potentiometer to control frequency. That allows tuning pulse width with one pot, and frequency with other pot, to find the best HHO output.

New, never used Pulse Width Modulation DC Motor speed controler. Smoothly regulates speed of DC Motors and other DC loads, from 0 to 100% of power. Aside from DC motors, it can be used to control brightness of DC light bulbs, temperature of soldering irons, etc. Power output level is set with the enclosed potentiometer, knob is also included.

Simple to use; just connect power, load, and the potentiometer to the 8-pole screw-in terminal.

Specs:
Supply Voltage: 8 to 36 Volts DC
Load Current: Resistance loads (bulbs, soldering tools, etc.) - 80 Amps continuosly
Inductive loads (DC motors, coils, etc.) - 80 AMPS continuosly
Range of regulation: PWM 0 to 100% of power
Regulating frequency: Variable between about 13kHz and 23kHz

HHO Hydrogen Generator Features:

Frequency is variable, with a second potentiometer. You'll be able to VARY FREQUENCY between about 13kHz and 23kHz with the on-board 24-turn trimpot which allows fine tuning the frequency. I believe one of the "magic" frequencies claimed to increase efficiency of HHO electrolysis, is 21.4 kHz. Most motor PWM controllers don't operate anywhere near this frequency. This one does. You can tune it in with the trimpot.

BTW, Bob Boyce who discovered this super-efficient HHO electrolysis, uses a mix of two or three different frequencies in his latest designs. In order to achieve the same waveform as two of those frequencies, you can use a single PWM frequency. The exact frequency and duty cycle is our secret, but we'll give it to anyone who uses Buy-it-Now in this auction only. Please note that we don't guarantee specific results, just that this PWM frequency produces the same waveform as mixing 21.4 and 42.8 kHz frequencies.

Please note that our regular 80-Amp controllers DON'T have a second pot for frequency, and can only be used with max. frequency of 4.6kHz. Only this auction is for the HHO modified model.

This is NOT A KIT, this module is fully assembled as shown in the picture.
Comes with instructions. DUE TO EXPERIMENTAL NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT IT IS SOLD AS IS,NO RETURNS! However we do repairs for $40 plus shipping.

If it's splitting H2O via resonance as a goal, pulsing the input voltage won't help... unless I am missing something. (which might be the case)

There must be better ways to impart a frequency to water (RF/Ultrasonic Transducer/UV light)... right?

The kit may be limited to 20 Amperes in order to keep the MosFet cool and to keep from overstressing the circuit board copper. And it may be that the drive circuit is less than ideal which could cause the MosFet to dissipate more heat even at 20 Amperes.

To drive the MosFet with enough current into the Gate Input Capacitance to assure very fast switching you need a MosFet driver chip. It is not difficult to add those into an existing circuit board with a little creativity.

Once that is done you'll need to "beef up" the circuit board copper in those areas where the higher current will flow so that it won't be destroyed.

To handle 100 Ampere pulses safely the wiring will have to be quite hefty.

Looks to me like it's all doable.
