The ratio 1,860:1 refers to the fact that when the gas is electrically sparked, it immediately returns to water. If the amount of gas sparked, and thus imploded could fill 1,860 units, then the amount of water produced by its implosion would then only fill one unit. The resulting space instantly becomes filled with a very high and particularly clean vacuum.

... It does, beyond a doubt, IMPLODE when ignited. .... The main difference between its function (Brown's Gas Generator) and ordinary electrolysis is the water has a high content of caustic soda while ordinary electrolysis is plain water (but not always). The other difference is the power input. We used a high frequency AC welder to power it as the original electronics were all fried before we got it. The gas is very 'touchy" and not to be played with carelessly. The gas will EXPLODE if mixed with air - as I did to operate a VW driving it around the parking lot. .....

I have not taken a fresh look at your idea pictured above, BUT I think that there is a key in the above excerpts for you... IF you want to take advantage of the IMPLOSION force, then you can not mix the BG/Hydroxy with atmospheric air.... it must be introduced into a vaccum and the engine SEALED very carefully. The other thing here, is the space/compression ratio.... which would give you a means to calculate the quantity of gas necessary to drive your engine... via cylinder displacement.
Have you given any more thought to your idea?
