I think there's 1/2 of a mole in water which should be 11.2 Liters @ STP
also I gathered the following facts... do I have accurate info?
-Atomic weight of Hydrogen = 1
-Atomic weight of Oxygen = 16
-Atomic weight of a water molecule is 18
-Molecules of water in a gallon = 1.265 x 10^26
-Diatomic Hydrogen molecules in a gallon of water = 1.265 x 10^26 (@1atm and 273K)
-One MOLE of hydrogen occupies 22.4 Liters of space, there are 210 MOLES of diatomic hydrogen in a gallon of water, therefore the amount of hydrogen in a gallon of water is 4,707 Liters(@1atm and 273K)Statistics: Posted by hypersoniq — Sun May 04, 2008 8:58 pm
