If you are fearless and decide to go ahead, make sure you understand which changes need to be made.
If the vehicle has a MAP or MAF, you need to install a simple adjuster. You may need to move the oxy. sensor out some. Be careful installing past the carb/injection- some motors have enormous vacuum.
Every vehicle make is different, though working with same makes will be similar.
Bench test the cell well for performance, leaks, electrolite dilutions, amps, shorts, etc. Keep a note on the cell with the results, cells differ. Use heavy (10-12) wire. Use reinforced tubing. Use a bubbler, maybe two. Use a cell that is easy to fill, monitor levels, and drain. Plan on spending an average of 3 hours per installation. Nothing beats practical experience. Install them first on your vehicles, your friends, your family. Install some without charge to people you know with the provision that you will remove it after two weeks if they are not happy to purchase it. I find most people will not let you take it off after it has been installed (are you guys with uninstalled boosters paying attention?). I say "I will put this on and we will see if you will let me take it off in two weeks". They laugh, because now we both know it works. If you have time, set up a table at a swap meet, etc to demonstrate. You will be pleasantly surprised with the results. Keep plenty of extra parts and materials handy.
Set up a demo unit with a clear housing to show how it works. There is a lot of education associated with this product. Many people are afraid of it for many reasons. Many are sceptical, thinking that if it could be done it would have been done a long time ago. If you treat people with honesty and stand behind your service, in short order you will not be able to keep up with the demand. This is because happy, excited customers will tell their friends.
Keep up with current research and results. Be prepared to upgrade or change. Follow the advice of the experts. Watch out for the fish oil salesmen.
