I have tested Bedini SSG, single channel pulse DC and 3 channel pulse DC. I find that amps are the one doing work and not the high voltage. To prove this, I used motorbike spark plug coil. The high voltage output connected to cell. I got very disappointing result. KV can't produce much gas.
Then I move on to Bedini SSG. I connect ammeter from battery to circuit and another ammeter connected from transistor collector to cell. Once the rotor speed up, the output amps a bit higher than input amps (0.1A).
With 12V
input amp : 0.1A
Ouput amp : > 0.1A
With 24V
input amp : 0.1A
Ouput amp : > 0.2A
With 36V
input amp : 0.1A
Ouput amp : > 0.3A
When power disconnected, the spinning magnetic rotor still produce power to cell until the rotor fully stop. Bedini SSG circuit is very efficient but can't produce much gas output. How much gas can 0.3A produce? If use many Bedini SSG coils than can expect some good amount of gas.
I have for electrolysis. First set the PW maybe 10% at lowest frequency. Then increase frequency higher and higher until reach resonance. Watch the input amps while adjusting the frequency. Input amps goes down when frequency increase until at one point (reach resonance) the input amps starts going up again.
The resonance point highly depending on inductor being used. You may place different inductor in the circuit and tune the PWM to reach resonance. I going to use alternator in my next experiment.
