Frank Roberts the real thing or not

A pdf named D16 contains detailed plans to build a water splitter
> built by frank roberts that he has said he ran a 3 litre engine with it.
He uses only tap water and 45 khz @90% duty cycle.
There is no transformer used as in bobs to create resonance.

I have tested different frequencies and my gas output does not change it only changes when i change the duty cycle.

I have never heard of this fellow Frank Roberts or his system. Have you any weblinks or other info about him? Where can one have a look at his plans?

Thanks for the links. I had a quick glance at his proccess. This Frank guy is very thorough and clear in his instructions and information. Seems he has the right credentials too, I think this system needs to be looked at carefully. It doesn't seem as though it would be too hard for most cell builders to replicate.

It may appear easy to reproduce, but no one has ever got anything near Franks figures.Also if you read the threads you will see a lot of inconsistancies.
No one ever independently confirmed his figures.
To be honest..I think the device worked as a booster but never ran a car on its own.
People are getting better results doing the bob Boyce designs

Hi All.
Has any one ever tried the electronic circuit that Frank has on pdf D16.
I am thinking on buying the componants and see if i can get it to work.

yeah....i'll post some piks here on the project pages soon as i get a unit ready...im go'n for a 20 something cell as information becomes available.Its a fun project to do and is the most enjoyable xpierience ive had yet at building a cell.The contruction method is a key factor in the project for it to be so fun to do.If you enjoy woodworking and things like that its a must to do project ,not that thers wood involved its just the being square and cut'n slots and things as it comes together that makes it fun to do.Its a flooded cell that doesnt get hot and ..well you'd just have to build one to see wat realy makes it fun.

Sorry if I misunderstood Roberts design.

I think Frank Robert runs his cell under vacum. From Patrick Kellys document, Patrick emphasize on using bubbler for protection purpose on original Roberts design.

The cell should be directly connected into air intake. The vacum (below atm) from air intake causes the cell produce more gas. I also read somewhere that by just using two electrodes cell which connected to air cond pump then to air intake gives more than 50% extra MPG. No safety bubbler in this design also.

How about amps draw & heat for cells running under vacum?
