Now the plates are going through conditioning process.
Using natural water and KOH as electrolyte.
Day 1 conditioning:
The solution uses 13A at 10VDC. No bubble activity observed at middle plates (neutral). At end of the day, the water becomes too heaty. Throw off some of the solutions and replaced with fresh water. Now the meter reads 7A at 10VDC. I can see some tiny bubbles emerging from neutral plates. The cell going through day 2 conditioning.
