Finally, I did it:
0.48Wh for 1liter of gas,
very easy: (23.6V --- 13 cells) wuthout any elctronic (pseudo-sine wave inverter or PWM)

It is experimental electrolyser( no automatic water refill)
contain 13 cell .... 14 SS plates(8" x 6").
Electrolyte - 25% Koh solution.
PS: Tenma CPX 200 dual 35V 10A
Flow meter:Yamatake (nitrogen/hydrogen)... (0 - 20 L /min)
Power consumption from the wall : 119.2V x 0.24A
Power consumption from PS : 23.61V x 0.98 A

But you news put a smile on my face. Would it be ok if I post it on the hydroxy group in yahoo as there are many people (many fustrated) who would be cheered up by your achievement. If not, I fully understand and once again well done

Just so i got my maths right you were getting (in round figures) .8 litres per minute or 48 litres per hour at 23 volts and 1am?
I am not so good at maths sometimes...but if i have worked it out ok this is how you achieved your result.

Absolurely I will share.I always did.
Your calculation is from PS.,and is not real.Real consumption of electricity is from the wall.My PS is very accurate like flowmeter,.and electricity consumptio of PS is very small. :wink:

Wher you found 0.8 l and 48 l.
I wrote 0.48Wh for 1 L of gas,means 28.8 Wh for 60 liters of gas

So i dont become a pest I will make this my final post today.
I was wondering if it was possible to do another test where you heat the electrolyte. I have followed the progress of a few hydroxy developers and they have all observed in creased gas production at higher tempretures.
Perhaps you could mix some hot water in and test the gas output at 100f , 150f and say 180f.
You already have achieved a great result.....but if we can improve it again we might all wet our pants.

I tested hot electrolyte 30 C- 80 C,Only what I increase was water vapor.
