Water mist versus vapour

Does anyone know the difference between mist and vapour? The reason i`m asking is that i read somewhere that Thrival wanted to achieve electrolysis of water vapour. What about electrolysis of water mist?

I have something like using SS wire mesh layered horizontally inside a container where the mist would be on the mesh layers. The wire mesh would be fed with pulsing DC at 2450MHz.... and so on.

Differences in mist and vapor:

Water vapor is the gas phase of water, usually made by evaporation. Its invisible to the eye...and it is either evaporating or condensing.

Mist is in small droplets floating through air, and can be cool...they also can stay in that state for a while...kinda like fog...you can usually see a mist.

I feel also that electolysis of water vapor (already carrying HEAT) should make seperation faster...but you need to deal with it in very very small structures...like porous metals or extremley small tubes or hexagons.

Mist takes external energy source to make, albeit small, whereas
vapour can be made using the pistons pulling vacuum from a bubbler.
Please try it! I'm dying to know! But you shouldn't need such HF
given that intent is to shake bubbles loose, and with air rushing
through, should peel off well enough.

Like everything, there may be finer nuances to success (I'm working
on a few); if at first you don't succeed, don't give up.
