"Pulsed DC" Electrolysis Resusts

Has anyone experimented with pulse DC electrolysis. What kindof results did you get. With what frequency does it produce the most gas? at what voltage does it produce the most gas? Im intrusted in this and plan to experiment on my own soon. I plan on trying to "resonate" water at 2.4Ghz, and 10Ghz (based on conflicting reports on waters resonate frequency) and will be using stainless steal plates with as close to 1mm gap as i can get. Im also looking to see if anyone has any clue on where i can buy the oscillators?
