Hello to all,

Just writing an update thread on Prof. Searl's SEG.

In reference to I have joined here to inform you all of how it is going in the ways of re-producing John Searl's SEG.

Since the YouTube videos, we have progressed on a lot since then. We have nearly finished making the Searl Magnetism Magnetiser, and one of the SEG team has had success in applying the special Searl Magnetism to a roller segment! YAAAAY!

We do have a Chat Forum which discusses the SEG, and its related workings.

Although we have a public information Zone, there isn't much to see when you're not logged in. So if you're really really interested in knowing much more on the SEG, its tehnologies and works progress, you will need to Join up there.

I am sorry that the forum cannot be viewed while not loged in, as it has been set this way due spammers badly damaging our old forum beyond repair.

Really, we have moved on quite a bit since those YouTube videos!

We're really hoping that 2009 *WILL* be the year of the SEG.

The SEG..... this is not a traditional generator that's powered by an engine which can be stalled by too much load.

With a SEG, the more load that is applied, the *FASTER* it gets!

If a SEG is overloaded, IT WILL TAKE OFF !

Prof. John Searl has found out THE HARD WAY, when he [accidentally] overloaded a SEG, and it took off and badly damaged the house.

When we have made the prototype, it will be able to [safely] take 15kW of electrical load.

There will be load controllers to stop it being overloaded with the consequential take-off that happens split-seconds later.....

On the mock-up, the ring and rollers are attracted to each other, so really, the rollers 'hug' the ring.

Also, the rollers don't just go around the ring.... as they do so, they also rotate themselves. This effect, combined with magnetic hug, and the pushing force of the electromagnets, holds the rollers in place.

On a real SEG, those electromagnets are replaced with another larger ring. It should also be noted that the real rollers in a real SEG WILL NOT touch or come into contact with either ring. Also, because they'll have the special Searl Magnetism, they will not need any input power to spin-up. As soon as the SEG team drop in the rollers, they will spin-up themselves.


A complete SEG will have three rings.....

One roller has 8 segments....

A SEG will need 66 roller sets!

That is 528 roller segments!

Each roller segment has four parts.....

In total, that's 2112 component parts!




The first small ring.....
12 rollers in the first gap.....
The second medium-size ring....
22 rollers in the second gap.....
The third and largest ring.....
32 rollers around the outside of the largest ring.....
Then electrical pick-up coils.

well shoot. besides the antigravity, scrap that SEG thing and start burying uranium hydride reactors on the outskirts of small towns. no special magnetism, no anti gravity, just easy to maintain and economical, safe nuclear power!
