has anyone ever had any ozone theorpy?Water can saturate with 03 to the point its cloudy and really smells. just a thought

Kevin that would be great if you found a way to make it work without NaOH.

But the speculation is it's the NaOH that's causing the production H2 or according to Farraday .... NaOH dissolved in water becomes Ha+ and OH- ions .... so the magnetic inducted field of the coil causes the Na ions to react with water molecule (H2O) in its well known violent reaction Na + H2O = NaOH + H (plus typically it also creates heat energy)


so one would speculate that you now have just created NaOH which as mentioned above should dissolve in H2O to become Ha+ and OH- ions again and the process starts again with the magnetic field

but the question is from the equation Na + H2O = NaOH + H why does the H from this equation not ready react with the existing OH- that is already in the solution to form H2O ... according to AlaskaStar it appears the H hangs around long enough to find another H atom to form H2(gas) which is released out of the solution.

So Farraday might be able to answer this ... what are the charges on the H atom after the equation Na + H2O = NaOH + H .... if it is H- then that would explain why the H- would be repelled from the OH- ions in the solution

Ozone therapy is very effective for a number of ailments but must be carried out with sufficient knowledge of the dangers and with appropriate safeguards.

Ozone is soluble in cold water where some combines with the water to produce Hydrogen Peroxide. Heavily ozonated water should never be ingested and must be handled carefully.
