ugh. I am having one heck of a time locating all the semiconductors for chem's EFIE circuit from one place. Anyone know what a common replacement would be for the MPSA14 or even better know a place to get ALL the parts from one place? I know chem could supply them but he is going on vaca, and I want to have this in vehicle and be testing it by the time he gets back! Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Hi readyakira,
I use shunt and voltmeter to measure amperage (). Better than placing ammeter in series because most ammeters will never last at higher amps and long run (even the meter rated for higher amps).
14.1V comes out from FWBR(source). What about voltage across the cell(load)?
