he means that your plates are'nt sealed they are submergered.A serries plate array does'nt allow water to flow over top of them aroung the sides of them creating sealed chambers within each cell.much more effecient but harder to design.

cutlass supream 1998 with 2.8 ???,maybe 1988,but this model has O2 sensor
sometimes O2 make problem because read oxygen from oxyhydrogen gas and send signal to computer to inject more gasoline

Eco, I think you're hilarious. That's the same question you ask everyone. Where do you live dude. More often than not, the amount of o2 sensors on a car depends on where you got the car. For example, I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I just purchased it in Ohio. It has two o2 sensors. I know for a fact that if you bought my same Jeep in California, it would have four o2 sensors. It depends on the emissions regulations of the place you live.

How much of a damper your o2 system puts on your hydroxy gas Or anything else for that matter depends on whether or not the car you have runs on an open or closed loop system.

If I remember right, in an open system, the sensor is running together hooked up to other sensors and then goes into the computer. That way it does not have as much as an effect as one running on a closed loop system.

Find out how much of a charge your sensors are pushing when you are getting the best mileage. Then, disconnect them and attatch the wire to another wire you have regulated to the same charge.

That's the easiest way I know to get rid of your o2 problems dude.

Hmmm... O2 Sensors. Over 30 years of professional experience has taught me a few things. Remember the O2 sensor measures any unburnt oxygen that enters the exhaust. If you have complete burn there is not much oxygen left. Newer OBDII systems 1996 and newer come with 2,3 or 4 sensors depending on the number of cylinders and the exhaust configuration. The front sensors provide a .5 volt threshold with many crosscounts per second. The computer monitors the cross counts and other inputs to determine long and short term fuel trim. If the rate of crosscounts are diminished the computer will turn on the dash light. The back O2 sensors determine catalsyt efficiency not fuel mixture. Also remeber all of the newer O2 sensors have really hot heaters that could ignite H2 on contact and turn you exhaust system into a dangerous pipe bomb. As I mentioned before, if you want to get a proper fuel mixture with H2 the best method is to use sensitive exhaust themocouples since O2 sensors will not properly respond to H2 fuel.
What about Nox. Does anyone have ideas on how to reduce it? H2 burns hotter than gasoline producing an abundance of Nox. (oxides of Nitrogen)
