I think we have to through the book out the window with this stuff. There is no magic frequency or set of frequencies as every ones cell is different so even if there was a set frequency you would have to duplicate your cell exactly which is impossible. There may be a set of baseline frequency that worked for someone but the chance it will work for you (or us) is slim to none. The frequency at which water molecules move is easy -just look at your own microwave oven.

I no longer believe we are looking to move the water molecules at all. I think Bob has done a terrific job of providing us with great info for building the most efficient cell(s) possible if built correctly as he says to do with the materials he suggests.

There is no magical resonant frequencies. Just pure longitudinal impulses into the water from circuits/transformer.

If Bob has built (some of us duplicated) the most efficient cell possible with brute force, what would happen with that same cell if there was another way to break the bonds of hydrogen and oxygen? I know this "trick" is with the transformer and pulses. Not with a set of secret frequencies. I also believe this same "trick" is what Myers, Herman, Bendini, and others have used. This is still just my idea based on my own experimentation but I believe it is what is needed. You can not see it on a scope.
Perhaps Bob has been referring to two different ways his cell can operate? One slandered and another you won't find in a book of chemistry or EE.
Again, I do not want to send people down the wrong path so I am hesitant to say anything further.
