This was the production that Chris had when connecting 4 wal-mart containers together to make a series connection.

What makes this isolated cell more efficient compared to smaller version? Is it number of plates or size of plates used per cell ?

Kumaran I am More confused than you.!
Why am I spending Months and Hundreds of dollars to
build an efficient unit,,,,,when Chris has Made 1.625 Wh /L
with a very easy to build 5 cell unit.?
And then he went on to make another unit which probably
will cost up toward $600 in Material alone, and hundreds of hours
labour...???? Without some kind of Fancy electronic drive unit,
this Bigger unit wont get any where near 1.625 Wh /L.

Hi Glenn,

I'm waiting for Chris comment on this matter to clear our confusion. He never measure gas output from this unit. He mentioned that 4 wal-mart design got same amount of gas with his first 80 plate series cell. The gas output I took from 80 plate series cell and come up with the efficiency figure for his 4 wal-mart design. Comparing with my isolated cell data, Chris 4 wal-mart design might not be that efficient (1.625Wh/L).

Correct, it was during conditioning while not yet warmed up, on a 70 cell unit. I had to quickly fire it up for the interview so it could be videotaped, we did not have time to wait for warmup or the days of conditioning. Output after conditioning and warmed up was in excess of 15 LPM. These figures were for brute force. Keep in mind that under resonance drive, the current draw is under 2 amps for that same unit, while hydroxy gas output was well beyond my ability to accurately measure.

Check out those figures. With just proper conditioning & brute force, the unit nearly 2.5 times Faradays efficiency. For plate size 6" x 6", the max amps can feed in will be 9A. The unit still running under max current yet performs better.

Resonance drive... Look at those figures. Bob says he can't really measure the gas output (too much), but with I just estimate around 15LPM and got above 7 times Faradays efficiency. I think the efficiency above 10 times Faraday is achiveable with resonance drive.
