Hi Jimmy,

I'm using electrolyser tubes like yours but ODs are 1.0", 1.5",2.0",2.5" & 3.0". All tubes are 4.0" length. ()

Cylinder spacing 0.25". With input of 12.44VDC and 10A, I manage to get 250mL of gas per minute. You are getting better amount.

Gas from electrolyser goes into safety bubbler (500mL 100 plus soft drink bottle). On bottle cap I fix with syringe needle to make gas torch. It works.

Then I changed to bigger needle (football inflating needle). The gas explodes but safety bubbler does its job to prevent the explosion to reach electrolyser. The needle hole is bigger and gas amount is not sufficient enough.

I think to produce more hydroxy gas, plate design will be the best choice. Now going for plate design.
