This cell has only the shape in common with the Joe-cell, it's a single cell, in a round form, zo you have seen that correctly.
It also means that the voltage schould be low, between ±1.3V and ±2.0V
So this cell needs to be with a bunch of partners, to serie up
A Joe-cell has a large myth around it, no proof anywhere, but it's just a serie-cell in my opinion, with large leaks I might ad.
