I found the following design, looks interesting, and I'm wondering if any of you have seen, or even did try to make it, and what is your opinion about it.

This is just another submission of the "Freedom Reclaimation Project". Don't even bother with it. It doesn't work. Quite a few people have tried it and proved it doesn't work like it says.
