ElectroGasMan, thanks for the response. I followed your advice and reviewed Bob's projects.

Bob's electronics are well beyond my comprehension but it is my understanding that he is using DC current, and flat plate cells to convert water to hydrogen gas. I did not notice if he uses an electrolite like sulfuric acid.
Andrija Puharich used AC current- low frequency, and two round electrodes (one inner, one outer), and a very weak electrolite solution. The electrodes were a part of the Thermodynamic Device- T.D.

The three factors he used to create resonance were;
1. For peak efficiency Fo is 600 Hz +/- 5 Hz.
2. Concentration of electrolite in water, easily measured with amp meter to show conductivity.
3. The gap distance between electrodes.

For me, Bob's system is to complex. It would be great if it could be purchased in near complete or finished form. Bob has already stated that round tube designs generally don't transfer energy equally as their surface area's are not equal.
I am not being critical of Bob when saying this. Believe me, there is no one person now living that I respect more than Bob Boyce when it comes to advancing technology in hydrogen production!

The Puharich system appears simpler, easier to produce, cheaper to produce, and seems to have a tested platform of a motorhome for operation.
That having been said, my offer stands. I recognize the fact I could be altogether wrong about this, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Bob's project uses KOH and a form of Ac and Dc. It is simple. The early stages of water splitting by henry using 3 other frec's were not nearly as productive I would say. Like Stan M. with a value of 3X is plenty yet why not go the extra to get 10X.

Back in the olden days when Henry did his tronics all he had to work with were bear skins and stone knives. Henry made it work.

We are light years beyond those old electronic setups. Infact you may find it hard to get those old parts. That is why we are in need of a few gentlemen like Bob who know their beans on modern day circuits.

In the electronics industry 2 years is an eternity let alone 30-40 yrs.

You stated Bob's "project... is simple." I am glad that it is simple to you.
I looked at your project page and nothing is posted. Have you had success with Bob's "simple" method? Do you have personal firsthand knowledge that "water splitting by henry... were not nearly as productive..."? If you can help me or others, any successes you can report might contribute something.
I looked at Bob's electronics and I know I am not qualified to even attempt to copy those. Even if they were available to purchase, I am not sure that I could make them operational unless all that was required was attaching the positive and negative wires.
Building the multi-plate cell requires patience, time, money, and skill. I am not sure that I would be willing to embark on such an effort which may only result in unsatisfactory results, if every component is not just so.
Bob's work is the result of many years experience and efforts. While those with the technical and mechanical abilities can benefit, most (like me) find it confusing and difficult to the extreme. I can do many things, but if I cannot wrap my mind around something, it's better left to others more qualified.
The Puharich method (from the patent info) appears simple and straightforward, that was why it was suggested from the first.

John Keely of 1800's Philadelphia, USA, did many bench tests, one of which allowed water to gases easily by applying vibrations matrix to water samples. The SVP website contains his tech references for sale. (The Snell Manuscript + Keely and His Discoveries) His tuning fork vibrators along with Ag-Au-Pt thermopiles and multiple frequency harmonics amazed many visitors to his workshop. Hydrogen evolved from forced shock dissonance of frequencies of mass chord. See also - inharmonics, ratios, cavity resonator and frequency multipliers. His use of internal resonance rods in spheres allowed time for further vibrations to be applied after tapping.
