Here's an electronic sensor that runs on 120. Perhaps someone could tweak it down a bit...

Hi guys,
I have made torch test successfully yesterday (01/02/2007 DD/MM/YYYY). The bubbler able to withstand small explosion after power off but still not so impressive. We (I and my friend Alex) made few torch test by setting different water level in bubbler and check the impact to bubbler after power off. Sometimes the tube came out of push fittings and bubbler jumps all over the place.
I got to minimize explosion impact to bubbler as much as possible. I will try shut off valve (manual) as suggested by Beshires and see if it works as intended.
