Well i finnaly have the means to make one but before i get to buying parts im designing the whole thing using what information i have found on the web. Any insights or suggestions are welcome.

Here you see a primitive model of the basic honeycomb hydrogen reactor. The entire apparatus consists of 19 electrolizers connected in parallel each containing 11 plates or 10 reactor cells (series).

Assuming an input power source of 12v 300amps, we can assume that each electrolizer will get (300/19) 15.789 amps of raw DC power witch each cell using (12/10) 1.2 volts.

Now according to testing the target plate size should be determined by the amperage according to the following formule:

Square terminal space * 0.5 amps = target terminal space (minimal resistance with minimal energy loss through heat)

we can deduct the minimal plate dimensions in this design is 0.789 square inches anything less than that would waste a lot of amperage and probably start melting things. But as they say bigger is better and this applies here as well. Larger plates will give us more surface area for the reactions to occur and thus more gas production.
If we go minimal on size while still getting the most out of are 12v 300amp power source I think the smallest this unit could get is probably 8 inches in diameter. This is taking into account the extra space needed for the electrolizer housings but is still only an educated overestimate based on the minimal plate dimensions mentioned above. Still that seems awfully small to be powered by a car battery.

Although this design give you the most flexibility of input amperage due to its modularity, its also doing to be difficult to troubleshoot should a leak occur due to the insane number of hoses that would be required. Also refilling each electrolizer individually would also be somewhat of a hassle.
